Subject: Protest the Hero!!! Tue Nov 02, 2010 1:16 pm
I love this band. They're incredibly talented - despite being a band of Canadian drunks. These are my two favorite songs from them.
This one is off their first full length album, Kezia, which is about the incarceration and execution of a woman named Kezia in a totalitarian-like state for the crime of prostitution.
This one is from their second album which was certainly a huge step up from the first (especially if you ask them, out of a 11 song set they play 1 or 2 from their first).
As you can see, they have a somewhat eccentric sense of humor although I like one of the comments on youtube: "this is an actual documentary of the Canadian navy."

Oh! Also, how could I forget?! The first PTH video I ever saw (including out of work flying monkey from the Wizard of Oz)!!
