| i dont run li-pos sold by airsoft websites simply because a lipo is a lipo, theres no real difference that makes any kind "airsoft specific" i have two lipos, i flightpower 7.4v 800mah that is like a pack of Wrigley bubble gum, and a turnigy 7.4v 2200mah that is about the size of a 8.4v 1600mah nimh intellect battery. the flightpower can drop 30c's in bursts and 20c's constant, the turnigy is much stronger at 40c's constant and 60c's burst. each battery cost me about $25, and work great on my guns. | |

| The only difference between lipos labeled for airsoft is that the manufacturer makes sure that is fits whatever gun it is labeled for. The mark up is ridiculous though sometimes.
I just purchase lipos from local hobby stores. If you order them online, just measure the space you are trying to fit before ordering and check online for reviews of the brand of lipo you are buying. Just like with anything you get what you pay for. | |
