NEED M4 HELP. PLZ & THANKS

My brother got a new d boys m4 two days ago, its been having shooting problems as it dosn't have a steady stream and it like shoots 1 bb out of a 5 round burst.
we've tried winding the mag like crazy, adding more hop, charging the battery more, kinda desperate here.
if anyone has any suggestions on what to do feel free.

when firing push the mag from the bottom up and then shift it towards the front and back of the rifle, if it starts to shoot a steady stream and electical tap around the mags till u can get it without holding the mag in

lol no prob some mags fit weird in the mag well i had the same prob with my classic army
