| Hey,
I bought a KWA SR10 recently and it's only shooting around 320FPS with the hop-up turned all the way down.
I bought this gun used and supposably it has a m140 spring in it... although I can't confirm this because I've never opened the gearbox.
I think it might be a compression problem? Air nozzle?
Anyways, looking to pay someone locally to help me get this thing running 100% again at a decent FPS.
Send me a PM.
Thanks!

batteries dont make a difference in fps. ive tested 4 different batteries from 8.4 to 11.1 on my m4 and the fps was the same. the piston is always pulled back the same with any battery, if its stron enough to pull it back, its just the speed that is a difference.

| Cylinder, spring, piston head, cylinder head, air nozzle, o-rings, and barrel length when compared to cylinder type are things you should look at. | |

| If you bought it used and it was opened up to have a m140 spring put in, then they replaced the factory air nozzle (probably). the new 2gx come with a completely different air nozzle than before. It have a flat, square like part at the top. should you put the traditional cylinder like air nozzles, there will be a massive gat in which you will lose huge amounts of compression. ask the budy that you bought the kwa from if he still has it. if he does, then get on that like it was the last chick on earth. It has to be KWA, that is how they are now building thier guns. | |

| To wear down that much you must have left it compressed. | |

| Took it to get fixed and it turns out spring and gears are screwed up.
4 broken teeth on main gear and I've only used the gun once!
I'm looking to buy a KWA gear set.
Hit me up, I pay cash/paypal and can meet up with you to pick it up.
Lets do this!

| it doesnt have to be KWA to be amazing, something with good ratings should be working just fine, any gun shooting 400+ would be good enough | |

| 130 would be a much better idea. Your still skating the line, but if a good airsmith does your gearbox you should get alot more life out of your parts. | |

Bravo Heat-Treated Steel Enhanced Helical Ultra Torque Gear Set can handle m130 and above. Might be getting this gear set. you can just get an aim top gearset with a piston with full steel teeth for $50. i have the high torque set with an m130 running a lipo for 3 months now and no problems at all they still look new. high price doesnt always mean its better
