| I was almost not gonna go but Mc Sourmonkey called up and said he wanted to do this...
I took off with MC sourmonkey to Fox hole and Arrived to the Location around 12pm.
The day was always threatening possible rain but It did not rain.Meanwhile at the nearby Homestead Air Force Base a huge plane was circling all day long dropping off trainee paratroopers!
Mc Sourmonkey spotted a possible dead dog as we went into Fox hole.
We worked and surveyed the area, all while the nearby school was in full swing!... That school is really loud!- You can hear the kids, screaming, music , bells!
We collected 14 huge tires an rolled them to a starting location..2 guys made 7 trips each and It was a shame that no one bothered to drop in nor make any contact with us.- You Lazy Bums!
Oh and The Cannibal Bum was not present - area is completely deserted!
Our camp is very nice and clean only 1 rope off the tarp tent snapped... probably because it rained!
We cut another trail there and opened up an entrance so you can now access the big white tree...We will call this area TREE BASE.
Found a Grenade on the floor...Tommy Gunner said he dropped one last week. We pulled the pin and it blew up in my car!
after cleaning up and lining up a few tires we were about to take off but before pulling out i wanted to see that dead dog.
Upon pulling up to it I noticed that the dog was moving and in fact still very much alive!
He looked like road kill but was actually quite uninjured...Just dirty!
was wearing a dog collar and was approachable...we gave him food and began eating out of my own hand...We called the tag numbers and reported the ID numbers written on the tag.
Animal rescue on the cell phone redirected our call to the owner who was not far...The Owner came to our location at the entrance to Fox hole and was very grateful... The dog was reported missing for over 2 days!
Nice to think that our little job also accidentally saved the little lucky pooch!

| Sorry, I was sick again. Hopefully I will be better by Saturday.
I saw some big tires by the construction site. Someone can ask the person at the front if we can get them. I think they are tractor tires.

| I was telling MC SourMonkey that this was like a Quote from the Bible...Finding a helpless pet starving and lonely...He doesn't know of the story and I'm not really too religious but heres how it goes.
Jesus was being tested by an expert on Moses law, one of the answers had to do with loving thy neighbor.
Jesus answered, "A certain man was going down from Jerusalem to Jericho, and he fell among robbers, who both stripped him and beat him, and departed, leaving him half dead. By chance a certain priest was going down that way. When he saw him, he passed by on the other side. In the same way a Levite also, when he came to the place, and saw him, passed by on the other side. But a certain Samaritan, as he traveled, came where he was. When he saw him, he was moved with compassion, came to him, and bound up his wounds, pouring on oil and wine. He set him on his own animal, and brought him to an inn, and took care of him. On the next day, when he departed, he took out two denarii, and gave them to the host, and said to him, 'Take care of him. Whatever you spend beyond that, I will repay you when I return.' Now which of these three do you think seemed to be a neighbor to him who fell among the robbers?"
He said, "He who showed mercy on him."
Then Jesus said to him, "Go and do likewise."
– Luke 10:30–37, World English Bible
The Dog was on the side of the road and was seen by passing drivers and even one truck guy stopped but kept on going.
Lucky we found him! | |
