never going to buy from AIRSPLAT again

okay so like 2 months ago i got my g36c and it gets year and i love it 2 days or so later it breaks and we email them and call about it.but they dont send us the things saying wee can return it for almost a month!at least my dad got his new m4 and i can use his older one!NEVER BUY FROM AIRSPLAT!!!!they dont reply back to emails for days and days!!

Order from airsoft gi or evike. Airsplat has been known for its shitty customer service.

But they price match,i'm getting a gun that usually cost 370 for 320 from them,but now i'm a tiny bit skeptical

I have ordered guns and parts from just about every major site and they all have their pros and cons. Money talks.

Airsoft Gi's Customer Service isn't the best either. Once I ordered a gun and it came without the barrel and hop-up and they blamed it on mefor taking it out. Then I had to wait 6 weeks to receive the gun again.

Evike is no better most of the time. I ordered $400 roughly of stuff and it showed all in stock. Needless to say some stuff was not. Still waiting and it's been three weeks. All stores do have their pro's and con's but I suggest shopping around and calling them to make sure it's in stock.

i know how you feel. i bought my m4 from airsplat and it broke like 5 days later. it said it was suppose to shoot like 140 feet and it didnt even make 10. and then for some reason the whole thing was glued together so i couldnt take it apart to see what went wrong in it.

well yea now the only thing i buy from airsoft is that 30 dollar bdu camo and thats one of the best deals on there.ohh well at least there going to do something about the g36c and not just say ''oh well its your fault''
