Some of these fields are so thickly wooded, It really will be a campers paradise!

Several new areas as well as Fox hole provide great areas in which a player can just disappear games will only be won by those who can either be extremely stealthy hunters or good campers.

we must make serious efforts to prevent long term camping in these other new playing fields by doing more objective games, timed games, and games with re spawns and medics.

If you really wish to do a serious Deathmatch game, it will almost always result in serious camping, might as well play a 3 hour game with what will almost seem like a cold field... If you are gonna do this, do it in a dedicated way!- those games will be very long!

It will actually be quite fun, requiring long term hunting and the carrying of food and drinks if the game is projected to go into many hours...maybe random or organized ammo drops.

even more Hard core if camping takes place with both teams setting up camps.

I do not know how far it will go if a mission requires actual sleeping if the game is that long!

I prefer the speed quick skirmishes but these other fields are telling me that speed ball like hunting will be Doomed by the Campers!

how about we time our all of our foxhole games to keep it fast paced, prevent campers, get more games out? maybe 30mins per normal DM? with 10 minutes to re-load in between games? we've all got timers on our phones.

here I leave you a part of the rules that explains the kind of organization we want to have in our field, we thing the timeframe and the scenario designs will prevent for campers. We also took our time to come up with some anti-cheating rules, let's see if we can make this work, look for those in the full file, i will post just the part related to the timeframe here.


The PMC’s Field has some very simple guidelines that must be followed in order to play.


Please do not talk during rules or game briefings. If you have a question, raise your hand.
The Games in this field have a time limit of 1 hour Maximum and between each game there will be a 20 min Brake to Reload, Rehydrate and any other things.
We like to play several games during the day so please follow this rule and be ready for a lot of action.
Once Again: BRING HYDRATION. AT LEAST ONE GALLON OF WATER.
Treat your airsoft gun like you would a real firearm. DO NOT point your gun in the direction of others while game play is not under way. Even if you think it’s unloaded, even if it’s on safety, keep that gun either pointed at the ground or toward the sky.
Target practice is only allowed on the dam, shooting across the water.
Mags out and safeties on while game play is not underway.
Pistols may be loaded while in a holster and M203 shells may NOT be stored loaded in the barrel in between games, they may be stored loaded in a pouch.
CALL YOUR HITS!!! When struck by a BB yell “Hit”! Hold your hand or gun in the air so the individual shooting at you knows to stop shooting at you, then immediately put your red rag on your head. Gun hits DO NOT count and neither do ricochets, everything else does.
The minimum engagement distance is 15ft for guns shooting up to 410fps and 100ft for sniper
rifles shooting 401-550fps.
Do not blind fire. EXAMPLE: If you are on one side of a structure and think someone may be on
the other side, don’t stick your gun around the wall and fire without looking as you shoot.
Bunker Clearing or Grenade rule, how to do it. Bang on any bunker with your hand, yell grenade
and every play in (or under) that bunker is hit. This rule applies only to man made bunkers.
Do not play in the parking lot; do not shoot over the parking lot. The parking lot is the only safe
zone during game play; Stay 40 feet away from the main highway. There is a fence to mark
property lines, if you can see a car you are to close and need to make your way back to the
playing field.
Dead men don’t talk. Players are cheating if they give away tactical info after being shot.
If you tag an opposing player, that is considered a hit.
All goggles must be full seal or mesh mask, no shooting glasses. If you are on the playing field, DO
NOT remove eye protection during game play If your goggles fog we are so sorry but, if you take off your eye protection you have to leave the game field.
