Too many players are arriving late, I remember a time when some players including myself would get to Locations as early as 9am and get off a few good games but now we are all getting burned out by players who drop in much later-10 or 11 am more players start arriving.

I still show up early whenever I can and do field work.

Unfortunately Late arrivals also tend to leave early due to the high noon day sun!- Try to arrive more early so you can get more game out of the day!

We must establish a good game arrival time of 9am- 10 am as a target time and not actually start games at 11am or later!

Group gatherings can become sloppy so try to preset organize before the airsoft event by:

Establish the usual arrival game time for airsoft event.- make a good note of who is an early bird or a late riser!

packing all your gear 1 day before the game day so you are ready to take off!

Make a habit of getting all your friends to show up at a certain honored time.

Honor any Roll call posting and if possible make an update if you cannot go...Make a habit of getting on the Roll call to increase the potential that roll call attendance will not fail due to a nasty surprise of failed turnouts!

Don't be a Slacker and burn out the early birds who actually show up on the agreed attendance time.
