PLAYERS WANTED!!!

Ok, I'm looking for 10-12 players who are interested in playing the role of middle eastern villagers. You must be willing to role play and dress the part accordingly. All help will be rewarded, plus you will be part of a documentary style video shown to the entire airsoft community. If you think you would like to be a part of this project please let me know, details will be given to those who are seriously interested.

Role play is actually a serious part of simulation so you should take it into consideration as an interesting part of an airsoft game simulation...this is the kind of stuff that actually can get published and is often remembered in more epic films , postings and photos!

Unlike paintball this is what airsoft simulation is all about and you can role play in tactical gear as well as match any era that matches your replica guns!

SanDragon is right in his description. You will be required to dress up, for clothing ideas, google Afghanistan villagers or just look above at SD's pics. AK's are preferred however it is not a requirement, the uniform is mandatory. All villagers will be rewarded for contributing their time. More details to be announced soon. There will be 2 options for registering. You can pay the game fee or bring a care package to be sent to troops in Afghanistan. This is a great chance to come out and have fun while experiencing some cool new challenges and to show your support for our men and women in uniform!

A bit more detail description of the event...where and when it will be taking place.

Also due to the fact I may be working or not that day!

I can also arrange to loan outfits or props for the film production if I cannot attend.

If this is locally in or near Miami I may be able to attend or be of assistance.

Right now, the location is going to be the Archangels field, it will be on a Saturday, we are still working on the exact date. I am planning on having the date withing the next week or so, please be patient, thanks guys

How much $ ? and is there an fps limit

I will have all the details up in a complete package once the date is set. As for the admission we are going to be either accepting the game fee in cash or care packages to be sent to Troops in Afghanistan. This challenge is going to be held for the benefit of men and women in uniform as well as to benefit the airsoft community by donating the proceeds SWG recieves to the SFAA.

The goal of this event would be to have players experience true to life scenario dealing with indigenous personnel and foreign nationals while in a combat zone. We hope to have the video we film, sent in to different companies and organizations, showcasing the types of things we SoFla airsofters really enjoy. We will be conducting interviews as well as filming the challenges and missions. I will also be contacting local teams to organize who will participate, so if you have been looking true milsim, now is your chance, this event will organized in cooperation with combat veterans from Iraq and Afghanistan.

Project Geronimo: Milsim Challenge, September 3rd 2011 @ Archangels Field in Okechobee, FL.

This is going to be a team based challenge, each team can have one or more squads as long as they have between 5-8 players to put on each. You can either bring a care package to be sent to military troops overseas, the accepted items will be up on the website soon, or pay the low event cost of
$15 per person for squads of 5-6 players or
$90 per squad of 7-8 players.

We would recommend teams practice for this event and start working on skills you don't normally get a chance to work on. Personnel searches, IED reaction drills, sniper reaction drills, ROE evaluation(shoot or don't shoot). This will be your chance to engage in as close to a lifelike experience possible in airsoft, without risking life or limb. We respect all members of our military and are purely trying to create an experience for airsoft players only.
