DisHonor at PB Matrix Field.....My Liege!.... YOUR SWORD!

I find it an absolute mirical that PB matrix field is able to be up and running the way it is at the price it is hosting....I don't really wannas say it but believe it or not This field is hanging by a thread!

I am saying this because it may be logistically impossible to run the field the way it is if players attending did not aprieciate the points I will bring to account.

So far the Land is legally acquired and most of the major bugs are ironed out but I still say this field is still yielding too few to keep it finacially successful.

In my Vision there should be huge parties of players whether it be airsoft and paintball or 2 or more parties that we must host if we had to maintain a population capasity limit... but so far it far too small or inconsistance to say this venue is stable...in fact it is very very unstable!

Running this place with the current pay is actually a DEAD END JOB!.....The workers here are actually a heaven send and without these guys taking such low pay the field probally wouldn't have much service at all!

Sooner or Later they will probally find another responsible job... you may have to cross your fingers and hope another kid can and will take his place!
The Low income is actually not very stimulating or inspiring anyone from dreaming or building this field....Even the Rental guns are beginning to show too much wear and tear!


All I need you guys to see is to open yere eyes and see that the venue as well as others nearby are actually not doing well!... they are yeilding far less money than any other venue normaly compared- It Requires more respect and Honor maybe tip yer refferees who are keeping things running in order.

Make it an honor to even host and conduct these games!
I really do not know how these guys don't burn out or show any signs that they ever did!

I frankly find it amazing that it is all still going with all the Clockwork you all demand... is there any inspiring reward for efforts beyond the call of duty?

I am a Volunteer myself and have pampered you guys far more in this Venue than the fithy rich gentlemen I cater for while building SandCastles on the Beach.....You Punks actually make me want to quit the sport all together on the basis of how demoralizing and rude you n00bs can be.

Now I myself run around the Fucking World building Chamionship Sandcastles....I have other things I could do but yer all Lucky I actually give a rats ass and actually have compassion for the sport.

I am not saying this for myself- I Volunteer for free- but for all you poe pitiful players who drop in and punk out on game day at all these punk ass airsoft venues.... GROW UP and SHOW YER GRATTITUDE!

You can help raise Moral if we all do our part....

Well The venue here is choking on the often rude customers and silly attitudes...They actually do not know they are doing it but it actually fustrates the workers collectivelly.

Out here they are all a disorganized rabble and some are unwilling to log on to any forum or unite withe a local team... some teams are plain broken because they do not assemble or attend as a whole on game day... it all looks rather pathetic and ragged as a lot.

Then we got poe as bitches with barely working guns and dudes who keep dropping their guns or rentals- BUTTERFINGERS!

some idiots noted even plant the barrel in the ground and use it like a cane getting dirt in the barrel and of course its just another kid!

Red rags are defiyant ly un used and I literally have to force tapeing the teams and If I was not there everyone would just team kill each other!

On top of all this I as a Volunteer would note that the money yielded out to keep the venue running, pay the workers is a Dead end job and we all do it really as volunteers, even the paid guys!

As a Volunteer I helped turn the tide of oppinion in favor for the customers...I formed a volunteer team that cleaned it up and built bunkers...we are dealing with situations involving sharing a field with paintballers.

I would love to see this field as an all pure airsoft field if we only had a more dedicated population that will turn the tide.

I myself do not like the fact that only a few paintballers show up and can hold back waiting airsofters for 20-30 minutes...say the population is 10 paintballers and 50 airsofters!.....It really stabs into our game time.- This is where the pressure does actually makes sense... Trust me I am Warring the case but I need you fellow airsofters to get more players here to justify the dedication....There are other Paintball fields nearby so them being here is a bit of a thorn in our side.

This is a no Bullshit assesment.

Just Aprieciate the fact that we even got a legal field... you can really help by getting your friends who also play to come and join an ever improving field.

I actually get even more burned out when I get a customer who is wanting a refund and propablly wanting to never return.

This is the moment where I have to smooth things over, end the fights, get them to all shake hands and tyr to continue the game....I get burned about the fact that it can get to this point.

It bothers me when we do lose a customer or a whole team and Its this never get left behind attitude that I need to instill into the rest of my operational crew.

for the most part I will actually need the cooperation of both the crew as well as the attention of the customers to follow the game programs.

i am sure if there weren't any paintballers there would be allot more attendance cause we always have to wait so long for them to finish their games. and it would also help if everyone would stop taking so long to reload...a game is over everyone goes outside reloads and eats crap for 20 minutes and then the paintballers go in and then the airsofters complain that they didn't get to play that many games.

paintballers here are THE biggest assholes...

are you guys HARDCORE enforcing rules? do what we do: the refs are always right. you dont like it? get the fuck out. our refs dont argue, they just enforce. we play by no bullshit.

i volunteer ref ay CQB City when im bored not doing anything. i scream get in peoples faces the whole nine yards. people dont mess with me the little ones are terrified of me. but guess what i RARELY see any problems. Well doom the thing is that this field has a lot of weaknesses. To start off (and SandDragon can confirm this) me and one of my best friend started to help out SD and soldierxdefcon at the field cleaning up debree, trails, glasses, and crap that aren't part of an airsoft field. We cleared a part of the field that opened up a whole new trail. We pushed back the starting base and made it into an american base with a huge reinforced tower to hold at least 12 people (of coarse it isn't big enough for 12 people but it can hold the weight of 12), we made a pill box house, we made another base that would be Japaneese and that pushed the other starting point back. So basically we expanded to the point that the whole field is now being used. We added mulch trenches and mulch piles for covers. We cleared out a trail where "shit" was everywhere and cleared it so much a truck can go through it with no problem. We make a huge neutral base in the middle of the field (the owner did this one and we helped him). Sanddragon made fortress of tires and decorated a lot. And all of this was basically 4 people. We called ourselves the "dream team". Me and my friend had not even played airsoft at the field and we were already working on it.

The reason why I say it is because just like SD we volunteer too. Not to mention that sometimes we skip playing and help out cleaning, building and doing whatever while the game is going on. The worst part is that: yes the guys love what we have done, and yes they say they like it, but in many of our roll calls people fail to come. Now I understand that some guys work and others have school, I am not referring to you guys. So for one we lack a team of enthusiasts.

Second I have seen players complain about the referees and the owner fails to do something about it. As a business owner you have to try to always put customers first when they have a valid point. Thank God that now we are seeing a revival in our refs. They are keeping track of time, and are a little bit more attentative! YAY!

Games are getting better but for a while they were stupid. Like TD and zombies all the time >.< it sucked. I like milsim and I like missions. I do not want to pay to shoot people, I want to pay to do the mission and on the way I will kill whoever is in the way between me and the objective.

Another issue is the lack of sportsmanship. If you come here from playing at cqb city you will leave with the impression that miamisofters are dishonorable players. Why? Because most days you have a group of people that no matter how hard or how many time you hit them they somehow fail to call out. >.< I actually had a kid tell me I did not hit him when he was 15 ft away from me. (he shot my team mates from like 10 ft away which is not an honorable thing when you play with the 10 ft rule).

Attendance is not a big issue. I know that Matrix can easily host a steady attendance of 80 players if issues are resolved. A lot of people have stopped coming because of the dishonorable players, lack of authority in the refs, and because of those danm paintballers!!!! Even if Matrix gets an attendance of 80 I doubt the owner would tell paintballers to go, because he would make more money if he has both.

So doom for you to understand what really goes on down here, you have to be down here lol. And seriously Victor has been volunteering for soooooooooooooo freaking long, you see him in between games that he doesn't go out and stays inside working on whatever needs to be done. We need soldiers for refs! Like doom said if refs show that they are in control, man games would run a lot smoother.

Well I think the tunnels can be opened up a bit more becase its so low and cramped it loses all momentum to use it really...start by cutting it up a bit more and gutting the tunnel look, yet keeping a few trees in for shade and some cover.

There is also a tunnel way in the rear that should be mowed down behind the Jap base...That far corner could actually be a spawn base and the jap base can even be moved a bit further in that corner...we stand to gain about 100+ feet or more of battle space. that was never really in use in that corner.

A perfect observatory platform reserved for referees only can be added atop the highest point on the German bunker....and The remnents of the old tree house could be rebuilt as a referee only platform... Jap base also gets an observatory ref platformwhic can overlook that whole section.

o ok, so yea clearing up the tunnels should be fun, im down for that man! I hate going into the tunnels because fat people struggle in there lol.
