Welcome Recruits to team Schnell, an on going operation that should be all about our Local Matrix airsoft field players uniting in a common cause.

Its all about playing as a team!

Now I have seen very small teams and some just withering away to such a small point , its not even there anymore!

I became more interested in airsoft because I saw badly conducted games and horriblly structured teams... we got alot of Rambos, supermen, and n00bs clinging to the big boys with big toyz, and alot of kids who are afraid to move up or some wise guy teams that only pick their best friends and don't give a fuck about merit.

This is not going to be like those other small teams...as MODERATOR I will personally ensure that this particular team will be present at any given day because of the high recruiting projects I am doing will continue.

Everyone here is expected to use this Forum to its fullest....please Level up on tactical gear and proudly display your team patch, everything will work fine if you make a TEAM EFFORT.

Also by recruiting into a team it actually double motivates that player to attend because now they have a team to attend to and is even more worth going than if he was wondering if his or her team was even there.

Mind you all this is not going to be a small team....we will be also sparing against ourselves in training...we will be forming companys in squads.

Never will it be the chaos and disorder of n00bish run small teams...this one is going to probablly be more army like....When we gather we should all line up and march!

When we reload for a turn out we all do it FAST then line up ready to go!- Staring down the slow competition!

All the other teams will want to be like us will either copy or wanna join...we will also be jealosly hated by the joker teams.

Therefore it is time to restructure and build a group that will be and always be a large and present force!
This is so that you may show up on game day at any one time and find a present member there....This will not always be about playing with your best friend!... in the real battle he may have been blown to bits!

this is in effect a good design to simulate interesting things for this team and I am sure, not everyone will know everyone but on game day, the ones present will be a band of brothers!

Schnell is FAST in German and part of an operation to revamp you all into Squad Team Elites!



If you are just joining you may post an introduction here and if you wish your weapos load outs and favorite tactics...I am sure there will be a few fellows here who would want to squad up with -the AK 47 section or M4 crew!

Let me remind you SandDragon, that NUMBERS are not as good as SKILL. QUALITY over QUANTITY. Take the time to train your team and keep them controlled and active. I have a small team, yes. This helps though in organization. I will soon expand to 10 members when I feel ready. Again, not hating on your team, just saying the truth. Large numbers are bound for disorganization.

I cannot be waiting on random weekends for all my team guys to show in force....It is going to be large so that Everyone present at any one time will feel like they are in an effective team army.

This way I can personally debrief, last weeks gamers about team battles and thus train them ...I cannot wait for a random team to assemble...Thats like waiting for Galactic Star alinement!

There is a reason and a method to my madness... I will be building them like the first cars off assembly lines... It will come out Fast and Cheap!

Quality will come as do maturity in time......Nothings stopping my War Machine!

The normal way is quality, THEN quantity. But everyone has their own ways. And I do agree with the Team attendance thing. But then again, my personal method is quality>quantity.

I think its rather Fucked up that players here under apprieciate that any effort is being made at this level to build such a team and even train players on the field for better airsoft game edicate...are you all forgetting that I may be providing something educational?

Man, Its seems despite my team, I have no others backing me up!....Well I got a good start of players...its sad to see that the response is rather n00bish in reactions.

Maybe I should break off all cometary and build this team outside of this fucking forum, seems like its just full of nay sayers, dumb kids and very few bright players.

I went out on a limb here....there should be some positive feedback...might as well leave the Savages to there own devices!
