| airsoft in japan is great. we never played at any "official" fields because there were about 6 fields that were very active every weekend.
for the most part people would never upgrade their guns to shoot hot. no more then a m110 in a aeg and a sniper might have a 170 tops.
the players are great too. never really had issues with people not calling hits or what not. sure we had a couple guys who would cheat but they were well know and people just learned to live with it and hit them where they felt it. one huge difference from out there and here in the states is that while the guys all loved all the cool guns and gear they never let that make them fell like they were "unstoppable". they called there hits and played honestly. we used to run through games non stop all night or day. very little downtime between games and little to no shit talking.
we all had a lot of fun and shared a love for the game.
