Why $15 pb matrix?

most of the people here cant afford $15.... i dont have a problem with it, but i know alot of people that have hard times.....

anyone ever think about talking to the owner of said field and dropping the price to maybe $10?

it USED to be 10$..

I think im a start playing at foxhole. But have you guyse ever thought about playing in that abandoned 5 story apartment buildings next to the homestead air base. That would be boss.

i am also seriously considering going to foxhole..matrix has gotten way to unorganized and 15 bucks is getting a little to expensive.

$15 is WAY to much for that field I can't believe people pay for that regularly!

Ya unless they redo the matrix field and get NEW REFERES then maybe ill go. even this eekend is probably the last time i go. freakin 15$ for the field and 16$ for ammo. 15$ for a field like that with rusted shit everywere and random crap. Honesstly if anything most id pay reasonably is 5 to 6 bucks for that field.

Wow! , so Negative about the entry fees!

Try going on Saturdays as usual...I have personally rearanged the fighting field...not that any of you apreciate my sweat and toil...I assembled new pipe bunkers and we got more field area...a fence was just removed and there is a new tactical base!

The Entry fee is a necessary evil!.....Because its got dedicated bunkers and we gotta all pay for upkeep and bunker enhancements!

Don't be mean about the entree fee my stingy friends,,,Other venues of this kind charge just the same and maybe more!...That 10 dollar thing was a grand opening thing!- This field is now rolling...Don't look back!

On Sundays, Why not all of ya go to FOXHOLE because that is the day it gets really packed!

Domanant teams Like HRO show up like clockwork.....Bring food, ammo and drinks because its deep in the boonies!...LOL!

This place is Free and fun, especially when it gets packed on Sundays!

Land is an abandoned plot of land...use your creativity on the woodland resource....and if you all start coming more often , it may be possible to successfully host Saturday games with dedicated roll calls!

15$ is still to much for that field. Some of us have expenses to pay and with that price it makes it difficult to play frequently. There should be a membership were you pay like 60$ and you can play for 12 months. Just throwing an idea out there.

well its a Venue so you gotta take into consideration that it is not as common as a standard restuarant...venues like these are rare and far between... They hardly make money....It is a special treat!

Think of it like you are going to a BBQ or a fancy restaurant...of course you can always go to the FOX HOLE but it will still require all of you fellow players to assemble, organize and attend!

And Matrix is a nice treat if you wanna guarantee action on game day for those who just drop in!...Just Pay yer dues!

I've always said "If you do not have $15, then you should not leave the house". You have referees, bunkers, private field and lots of people Saturday or Sunday. What are you complaining about? Go get a job or do some lawn work for your parents or wash a car or two. You can come up with $15.

yea don't support a legit field so it can close down and then we have nothing. bunch of whiners don't appreciate shit.

What people fail to realize is that the field experience is mostly dependent on the players. Most of the times, when people say there is a bad day, cheating plays a big role. I have had days where all we have played was team deathmatch or neutral base and it was pretty fun even though it felt very repetitive. As for the referees, they do call people out if they see a hit. They used to be worse, so in all honesty it has gotten good enough that i dont mind shelling out money. As for the price, in California arent entry fees around $30.00? So for half of that we get a decent legal venue with almost guaranteed high attendance.

The more fields the better... i think is matix is good.. for the kids.. who get dropped off. and wana play kids there own age.. its more like a middle school aroud there... for all others there fox hole @ the moment which is a more adult scene.. thats free... but we drive and can hadle our selfs... like it would be in high school..lol soon we will have miami airsoft... and hopes for pmc to get a new feild so that the sport grows and have options to play...
were trying to start up rinker mondays again for the guys who cant make it weekends... we had our 1st on again.. last monday... its a cool shady place.. awsome for team tactics and pratice...

So support the Growth of airsoft down here.. !! I would like to see more serious teams down here....

It is a "rare treat" but like i just think they should remove all the rusty crap and junk and put more bunkers like sanddragon said. That would make it a more urban style . I think that would be awsome. and maybe throw in a junk car . That woould be cool lol

Some show to Matrix, some show to Fox Hole. Personally I think fox hole is great. You have a large area with a lot of options as far as gameplay. I'm a seaky bastard, so I'll snake through the woods and come up by your side. Others like the straight on firefight. Great, because you can do that there too. There is enough for everyone. Start showing up on Saturdays to foxhole like before and get some good games going. I barely see anyone that used to go to Fox Hole at Matrix, so Matrix is not going to suffer much loss, specially since they already have a good operation up and running. I'll be at Foxhole as much as I can and when I can't, I'll be at Matrix. I'm glad we have at least some choice.
