referee wants to know what you think

i wish to know what it is we can do to make the sport more fun, get longer games going, and make it fun for everybody.

do something and dont just stand there.
better objectives
listen to any ideas
make games last longer.

"Dispose" all the paint ballers. And integrate little kid parties. They eihher man the fuck up or go play with their barbies instead. Longer play hours. And actual scenarios.......Oh and mandatory chrono all guns.

the thing is from what io have seen, the referee get barely any respect. i was thinking of making changes to the rules, including mags n mask if they are not in the right way you will be marked down after three mistakes your out for the day.

also longer games are gonna me started to go into effect the shortest game will start at 20 minutes long longest a lil over half an hour.

any ideas for games?

Please dont do that. Dont start to make it Nazi strict as in mask and stuff. And crono the guns is actually perfect. But no masks.

well you should only worry if you constantly doing what your not suppose too, we tried it out last weekend n everything went so much better. for everybody, n games will be improved

Well I wrote a Whole Fucking book thread here...It is the Post all Milisim scenarios and I kept it updated with every new game and Variant I could think or have heard about!

You should very well Copy and print out every page so that it could be tried depending on what kind of crowd was in the mood for what and based on our current field set up.

This is a very very long thread!....You will probablly not be able to remember every game by heart so try to see if you could run a game SandDragon style!

After seriously running a lot of mission based games and doing it with an air of commitment, the field people will very well start to respect you as you are conducting a serios task of getting them the games.
