| a friend of mine just came back from the Army, and is now serving in the reserves. he wants to start playing airsoft, and so i've pointed him in the way of what I feel are good beginner guns. nothing fancy, just reliable.
what would you recommend? maybe a JG g36c? or a cyma AK? go ahead and link me a gun that you'd recommend for a beginner!

| haha i wasn't planning on recommending that gun to him. the gearbox is fine being so cheap, it's a great upgrade platform. it's just the full plastic body is bad if you aren't very careful. | |

love the JG, only fiddled around with an src m4 though. solid internals, and externals. it was a nice gun. and it was the sportline too, the 170$ one.
