New airsoft field "Battle Town"

This field Has been in the works in secret and I dropped in for a first hand visit and Even began helping in the Construction. For starters, the field is part of a farm and composes of 3 playable zones... Each zone may look small, but it definatelly makes PB Matrix field , look tiny! I spent most of the day helping to construct a few bunkers, The first fighting zone consist of many small bunkers and urban CQB structures....It may be very tight but the Farm fighting zone is alot more like the Fox hole....It is very wooded and could even be like former late HO Chi Minh Trail field. The last zone in the rear is not even ready yet because protective barrier walls are yet to be errected. I have convinced the Owner to Host a game tomorrow as well as into the night.....Players are invited to Help supervise in construction Tour,Photo, and play!



Roll call for Wensday Sept 26th, 2012 at "Battle town" Location on South Krome ave and west on 188th street... Look for SandDragons Honda, that is Flying Japanese War colors!

I will be there with the owner hoping for arrivals to inspect or possiblly play!
Entrance fee is 10 bucks but I think this one will be free!

Im not sure yet...This will be the first test day...I need you all to drop in and see if you can overwhelm the owner and convince him to start sessions!

Im thinking of going tonight, but is it possible that I can get exact directions? (just in case)

In some of the photos I saw elevated sprinklers set up (saw these on Facebook). Are these decommissioned or are they still working. because I know that at some point in time someone will either trip over one of these or shoot at it. I just don't want the owner to flip a shit when he sees a broken sprinkler.

EDIT: The field looks good, and will it be possible to post more images of all the sections of the field, because from my understanding there are only two areas I've seen:the tree farm and the cqb "arena".

Looks Like the End may be near for Matrix field! Night games here at Battle town were fast fire fights in the CQB bunker fields....Action was limited to Semi auto and it was almost like we were in an indoor playing field... Don't get me wrong, PB matrix still has decent stuff, but many of the Referees have decided to start working over at the new battle town, so Leo, may be very short on staff soon! Of cource , the Bunker fields is still questionablly, small... I really wish the Owner could listen and expand the playing field boundries for the current bunker town. The second wooded field not in use , though is quite huge....Unfortunatelly, it still is not ready....This area, consist of a Farm grove of trees that covers an area, large enough to fit a large supermarket.....This section , once up and running will make PB matrix look like a toy! The rest area is in the center of the property...and it looks good enough to host BBQs...so far, most people , opted to pull their cars up there for the first betta test games... the Owner wants every one to park some where else, but thats just plain stupid and too far away!......I shall have to beat sense into the man! Whether not PB matrix continues to practice airsoft events is now a question.....Its going to be a pity if it loses all customer support....I first hand put a lot of time and personal effort their building bases for the airsoft community...Hopefuly, this other venue will go by the book and get it right! Right, now will be Leos last critical chance to sink or swim...it will also be up to the airsoft community to attend any of these venues to keep them going and spread the word....

Im sure Fox Hole will still be attended, by players who still wanna play for free.

Are they going to be open on the weekends? Did you guys convince the owner?

i agree with dragon.. they should extend bunker field.... cant put to many players on it.... it was fun... but will see when the masses show up. hes gonna need lots of workers for whats planed @ this field... it wont be easy... having bout 70 people maybe between paintball and airsoft.. it will get crowded.. will be a safty issue.. as for the bunker field it can be a bit better.. right now its more like backyard fun... bunkers a a bit flimmmmsy! u can really lean on them.. fox hole will still be in play for us.. so you guys that like it dont worry.. we will still go .... for those on fox hole group page will know weres the next stop.. for weekend games

I just got a Report from "Battle town"..it will be officially open this Saturday and Sunday for your gaming needs... Entry fee will be 15 dollars ...9am- 10-pm...The Owner is also offering specialties...Its rather complicated, but may be worth your effort time if you ask....This is your basic Firts day roll call for the "Battle town"
