Forum Moderators Needed

Airsoft Reserve is currently seeking Moderators for the forum. Members who can maintain limited order as to the posts who can edit or delete posts that should not be posted. No high strung members with chips on their shoulders with a God attitiude. Only members looking to improve the forum while helping the rest of our members on here and on the field.

Also if you have a camera that is be a big plus cause we need Moderators who also attend game play and take pictures of those Airsoft games which will be posted on the forum.

Other responsibilities include roll call dates and debriefs of Game days.

Please PM if your interested and you are computer literate. I am looking for 2 to 4 moderators.

I keep a very open mind and don't resort to Administrative tactics such as removing posts, especially some that I refer to that I posted myself ...Last time I checked, it was a free speech country!

I don't plan on being a controll freak!.... but at least the trolls did go away....

Maybe the only people who get a kick out of forums now a days are trolls or diehards like us.

I overstep and go out of my way for people... some times I question if its really worth the effort.

This is a good example as to why People got tired of all the BS! on the Forum. God Damn it guys grow up!
This is childish behavior at its best. Grown men crying and bitching like Barbie Dolls, come on.

Maybe this forum should be 12 and over only?

Lets get creative and start posting interesting topics, Airsoft related. Plans for future games etc....

Ive been posting creativelly on topics, problem is that few will follow my lead...In some cases, some people have almost seeminglly automatically put up a social barrier like some girls would openly talk with other girls and will block the guy who wants to chat!

I also suspect factors that I do not personally speak the local Spanish, I am a grown man who can carry on efforts alone...sort of independant, They probablly do not like a guy who is probablly smarter than they are.

Often get negative feed back based on Costume airsoft cosplaying!.....It has really fallen to a childish level of kids watering down the fun!
I wouldn't mind realism and role play simulations.

- I am not sure who my friends really are even though its pleasant to come on game day... some cards are already stack against me... like the old man who young kids may often say you are too old looking to play this sort of game.

I do infact post many valid and credible posts... on game day I will still crack a joke and have fun so all of you, don't be a bore!

Guys, just quit with all the bitching and move on. There's no reason people have to be fighting on a hobby I enjoy, if you're gonna pull that, do it over PM. Be the bigger man and ignore the hate

I do not see this as (fighting)....more like debating or occassional correcting via argument....It is actually in some cases healthy to challeng the status quoe.

Now if you remained silentl like a bunch of lambs, who would not be there to stop a probable Adolf Hitler from rising to power!

Competition may be good but it may also help to see people in action showing their credibilitys and intelictial witts on these very posts.

Jesus the argueing. Wasn't this topic about hiring new Moderstors and not debating with Sanddragon on creativity and friends, and worth the effort, etc. Get back to NOBODY's topic to hire Moderators.

not gonna lie. i can publish a series of bible sized books with all the misplaced and off topic posts a few members trying to "save the forum" that wasnt dying have made.

this is an airsoft FORUM. no need to know what you ate last friday, or what video games you just finished playing in the last 2 hours or your ideas on world domination. ive said this multiple times before at different times and all responses have been "no jester, i have two testicles and a sack to hold them therefore i shall keep filling random threads with useless unrelated crap."

just to narrow it down, these are the same people who kept blaming the for sale/trade section for the loss of posts.

off topic posts should stay in the off topic section. trolling comments should not go in a serious discussion and posts should go where they belong. it tells alot about the community when you go into a roll call section and there are for sale threads and "look at this rock i found" thread and video debriefs.
