Alright guys....chill with the negativity!....This was probablly just another burn out day.
I would like you all to invite those referees to do more motivating game session so stand firm as a group and show dicipline.
some of you should also have a talk with management.
Other incentives for good service as referees....HOW ABOUT OFFERING A TIP?
I tend to think that this venue is often just for punks and punks alike....act like a punk, get treated like a punk!
And that respect shit that has to be earned crap will not work if you just don't give respect in the first place!
A Referee will be more motivated to work harder if you press these issues and keep it all pleasant and friendly and hopefully not a boring job if you burn them out!
As a vollunteer referee myself I often find myself burned out by all of you but feel compelled to some how civilize ya savages by trying very hard to conduct fun organized games that seem to go by the book.
That said, try to conduct games that are not chaotic work and so damaged, they seem to be held together by rules similar to that of duct tape!
