THATS A "NO NO"......CITY OF MIAMI IS VERY BITCHY ABOUT THE ISLANDS BEHIND DINNER KEY.....THEY CLEARED THAT ISLAND ALONG WITH THE OTHER 3 IN THE AREA, THEY WERE TRASHED BY THE HOMELESS LIVING ON THEM AND ON SAILBOATS......
