We are opening a raffle for a SCAR-H Gas Blow Back Airsoft rifle.

Note: Raffle is for the gun only, magazines are not included.

- Ticket value: $ 10.00 only.

- Minimum tickets to raffle: 20

1.- Raffle will take effect on the date shown above picture 01/15/2011, only if 20 or more tickets are sold by the raffle date.

2.- The winning number will be the last number on the Lotto drawing on 01/15/2011 at 11:15 PM.

3.- The gun is available to pick up next day at the field. (ticket required, no excuses)

4.- Tickets will be numbered from 01 to 50

5.- 2 ticket limit per individual entering the raffle. UPDATE: NO LIMIT

6.- Tickets are refundable in case less than 20 were sold to the raffle date.

7.- Individuals may hold the ticket for a new raffle date if 20 tickets not sold.

Is this gun illegal? I know that GBB M4s are now considered firearms and have to be registered.

@Slayerfan.....The ATF being complete retards have already reversed that already, but as we know they like to flipflop around a few hundred times on anything.
