Official Airsoft Sitdown( Admin, Team Leader, Business Owners) Plz Read

A Fellow Airsofter Has brought this to my attention

We should have an official airsoft sit down. We should set up a schedule on how and when we should run ops. transfer ideas , comment, and complaints to one another in a civil manner. In return you will receive constructive feedback to help better your venue. Pretty much have team leaders, forum admins, field owners/ directors, retailers, instructors. If u haven't noticed, due to recent drama in the airsoft community has caused many people to leave the community or to quit all together . I remember when there were 50+ people at games. We should bring those days back if your one the ranks listed above respond to this post so we can set a official date and time.
This will place a person can be heard to better airsoft for tomorrow.

Seeing as our team captain is out of the country, I will be taking his seat to represent team SHIRE.

To make this more interesting we should allow 2 representatives per unit . Except for website admins/moderators they can have up to 3.
(ie. only 2 members of team S.W.O.R.D can show up, and only 2 members of PMC airsoft can show up)

the outcome is greater than expected we have over 70 people willing to show up from different websites. Finally thing are working out in the airsoft community

I'm down to it and I will take one onf my teammates with me as agreed in this post to only bring 2 members per team, let us know time and date and we will do our best to be there.

Actually this website grew from the SILO airsoft forum that slowly died when the cqb building came about around the same time the silo site was shut down. In fact this site has been slowing down because the newest areas that are starting up are not geared as much twords this site. When another field eventually rises in enough popularity and has a forum this one will slowly loose interest as well.

My oppinion on the matter is that with all organization for fun only the one who decides how it will be organized will have the most fun. Any group of leadership will always gear the whole to their individual ideas of what is best for the group. FA Airsoft should have a much bigger following, but that site is all but deserted because it has a group that decided what is best and made it so most have no interest in it.

I will gladly create the section for team Captains I just need to verify activity on some group accounts that have not been active. If there is no activity on the next week they will be deleted and we shall move forward with those that are active. I will also send out a newsletter so it can reach everyone.

Team ODA-196 is interested and will be there as well.

yea but their was a group at one time to come up with rules of airsoft, along with the bang rule, surrender rule, force on force, capture the flag, etc. airsoft has not fell apart after that

LOL....wow. If you really think FA Airsoft came up with capture the flag or the rules of airsoft you are just the person that should open up a "official organization."

repo it says their was a group he didn't say fa and it wasn't fa just clarifying, and how about we as a community get our shit together and change for the better.

SPAZ and OP31 in! We will even host at our facility if you wish, I have access to a classroom, camping, discount lodging rates. I also have a satellite office in Orlando with a classroom/office which I use for S.P.A.Z my central Florida classes.

Don't be so negative And yes this forum was created by me after the silo died but without the intention to focus on one specific location.
This forum is for the entire Airosft community to use and share their locations and events and anything they wish to publish. Not to mention we have visitors from 28 different countries.

And thanks to all who have made this forum a sucess! and it will continue to grow. And I am here to help out anyone who wishes to attract the airsoft community to their events.

looking at the massive feedback i am receiving i may just set the meeting within two weeks. The confidential location will be sent to all admins, team leaders, business owners. So make sure team leaders you register your team with NOBODY. the message will be sent within 48hrs
