Indoor airsoft field

Yea bro as excited as I was, my dream was shattered lol. 10 people at a time will not be good if there are 40 people in line to play. which means that we will probably get 2 games in one day. And if i'm playing only 2 games, the entrance has to be super cheap, which won't be good for you at all. And I do not mind the mask thing but orange tip? Hells no! I just took mines off like a month ago because it looked ugly ass heck. And honestly I wouldn't buy a new one to go play at a 10 people field lol. Sorry man. Plus if miami airsoft does open their cqb field this means bad business for you, so come up with something a little bit better lol

BTW MiamiAirsoft is going to have their indoor field (about 20K square feet play area) open in about two months. You really won't be able to compete with that if you can only house 10 players at a time.

are they really going to open in two months cause they have been saying that fo quite some time and they still haven't done it.

i have been looking and there are allot of abbandoned warehouses that are for sale or rent and some are even two stories that would be awesome if we could have a two story indoor arena

I was at the MiamiAirsoft shop to toss them some backup guns to get repaired and they said they will be open in two months. Considering build time they would have to already have a location and started on the build/permits. During the conversation they even talked about having a field as well in the future.

The problem with people looking into renting old warehouses/abondoned buildings is that you can get shut down very easily for different amounts of time. What happens when you open and get shut down for 3 months because of mold or have to spend thousands to redo things to code? Most times the landlord will try to pass the cost on to the renter. Even if you get a contract with landlord that requires him to bring things to code or do improvements that could shut you down you have little to no way of getting him to do it if he says no. You will end up locked up in a court battle where you will earn little if you win.

10 players at a time works great with small speedball fields that have low overhead and a abundance of players. Even if you get your overhead low you won't be able to get the abundance of players.

If you really want to do it right go to a free buisness plan class and get a really good proposal with charts and graphs and go to the bank. If you can show major profits you might have a shot in getting a loan to get a big enough location.

The only problem is you basically have to commit to it 100%.

i cant commit cause all your fuckers are so inconstant the it would be hard to get a loan. and plus i did the math and i also know that a lot of us dont have the money i would be asking for to keep the place open

yup thats the bitch about airsoft: fun as hell, expensive as fuck. the only "True" way to get an indoor is to either buy land and build it yourself, or inherit a huge house.

yup....if Miami airsoft does open their field in 2 months i will totally be there! i have never played cqb and am dying to try it! the only problem is that Miami airsoft has been saying that they are going to open soon but that was like 8 months ago...do you really think they are going to open in 2 months?

well hope they do... hope they arent stalling cause they are still working out payment contracts/hiring staff for little to nothing. why hire refs anyway? EVERY body at CQB City is a volunteer MilsimJunkie gets a little bit of cash cause his videos promote the shit outta that place. but ya im pretty sure him and chief are the only ones making serious money the refs get in for free though when they wanna play

i will help reff to get a cqb field up and running hell ya...we should all pitch in tto do the same

A CQB place would be like a dream come true for me . Im a filmmaker (check me out my channel is warhippie8 ) and i would promote the shit out of this place if it happens

In my opinion, not to be negative but it is a dream. Hopefully not but the fact of the matter is that down here everything is so expensive and no one wants to pay.
