The main reason why apple is so expensive is because their OS is resilient to viruses and is stylish for hipsters and shit.

its not resilient to viruses, just no one takes the time to dev viruses for them. steve jobs can suck im android all the way, and they dont inovate, they just sue the pants off the competition and buy off patents

Mobius is right they never created/dev any type of viruses up until now. Apple is getting so popular that more and more people are beginning to create the virus' and malware.

Im pretty sure the iPhone 4 is the lightest phone out there right now. Its made out of metal and Helicopter glass and its still lighter then Plastic phones with Andriod OS. The HP Touchpad just came out as one of the best competitors to the iPad 2 but the iPad is significantly lighter than the plastic Touchpad even while being Metal.

the thing about touchscreen anything is that once you start getting scratches/ the screen breaks, the whole thing is useless.

on a regular phone, if the screen broke you could still use it without having to replace anything immediately

apple is wayyyy over priced lol. my most recent computer cost me around 1500 to build, it completley demolished a 3000 Mac in quadrant and fps in crysis, call of duty and gta IV. also android ftw lol I'd like to see an ipad compete with my nook color

The point is Apple is affordable with their phones, Laptops/Desktops, and tablets; or some may think the Pc's aren't affordable or just not worth it at the price...
Why spend $300 or $200 on the same competiting phone when you can get the higher quality faster and better build iPhone at the same price?

But you can do more on an andriod, ive never had an iphone but from what i hear (my friends). My friend has had both and he likes the andriod better

well your comparing an iphone 4 equivalent against a 3gs, when the iphone 4 costs about $200 with a new contract and the evo is cheaper by about $100. An iphone 3gs is about $100 with a new contract but you can get an equivalent android phone for free. This phone is free with a new year contract and is cheaper than a 3gs http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/LG_Optimus_One, not to mention it comes with more RAM and an equivalent processor. Also the android platform is linux based so you have tons of freedom with what you do with it unlike an iphone. If your slightly techo-savy you can also root an android phone giving you limitless OS options such as the ability to overclock your phone and manipulate the way the os runs from top to bottom, you cant do any of that with an iphone.

in other words theres no comparison between android and apple truth is android is a million times better, android os phones are way cheaper than apple ones and not just that android is powered by google who controls the world lol iphone is controlled by apple which ...... idk has overpriced laptops i guess
