you guys are both right. thats hip hop. although shooter did bring up the good ones from back in the day.
what i hate is when children go around listening to lil wayne and drake and all this crap thinking that its hip hop. autotune is not the way to make music

Yeah man, that whole vocoder voice effects are just sad...and Lil Wayne hip hop? Not in a million years. Nothing that comes out of South Florida is considered music.

yeah man, i used to love hip hop. then after like 1999 the new "hip hop" saddened me.
