Game planned for Sept 29 2012 4pm till Sept 30 2012 1pm
Price pre-registration 25.00 includes a red rag “dead rag” and a raffle ticket lanyard w ID pouch

Registration starts at gate opening of CC Field (maybe Friday depending on field if is open or not)
and closes 2pm ...Sat
Anybody who plans to stay overnight should arrive early and set up their night quarters so it will be ready for them when the night game is over, set up away from the Shoot house so stray BB’s can’t hit or damage your setup
2 check in stations
1st for preregistration
2nd for walk ons
Waiver will be collected at check in!! (regular Combat City rules and requirement apply)
Every pre-reg player when checking in, will be given an Id card, with their Name, Phone#, Emergency Contact, and a Raffle# already on it.
Walk-ons will fill this out an index card (double. one for the pouch, one for admin , which resembles the ID)
This ID card/ Index card will in a Lanyard pouch which also will represent their admission, instead of the colored armband. Teams may use this to make sure there isn't a traitor or spy amongst them.
Only one type of patch will be given out so there is no confusion over who gets what, and we will do a "First 200 Pre-registrations get a patch" so we can order the patches NOW so there is no chance for screw-up or wrong patches, etc. We will buy like 20-30 extra patches.

3:00pm
Safety Briefing will be at 3:00pm which is mandatory.
4:00pm
Game PH1-2 start at 4:00pm and ends 8:00pm
Phase 1 and 2 are day one at daylight each phase will get 3 Admins plus Head Admin
8:00pm
After the day 1 phases end at 8:00pm the players have 45 minutes to get ready for the night game
Phase 3 night game will also have 3 Admins plus head Admin
8:45pm
Head Count will start at 8:45 done while the Night SAFETY briefing is being held which is Mandatory
The ID’s include lanyard which contains a player-specific ID # and phone # on it, given to Players at game start, need to be turned in.
This Item will be held at the chrono station by 1 admin.
9:00pm
Gate Closes at 9pm for night game
9:30pm
Night game starts at 930 and ends at 12:00 midnight.
Player/Teams won’t have any markings or glow stick etc because it’s an Attack and defend style game where the Defending team will be stationary and it will be under light what clearly differentiates the attacker from the defender.
12:00am “NIGHT BREAK”
Then at the end of the night game 12:00am or if someone stops earlier, the players must pick up their IDs.
So at this time, we see if and who's missing, so we could start the necessary actions.
Day 2.
7:00am
At 7am morning bells will ring for players to get up and get ready.
8:00am
At 8am, Briefing will start.
9:00am
Game starts till 10:30
Phase 4,
Two of the three admins will go to Orlando, and the 3rd will patrol the playing area.
10:45am
Phase 5,
1st admin will stand by Gainesville,
2nd will be assigned to the objective (tracking device) and to follow it if a team takes it,
3rd one will patrol the playing area.
Game will be over between 11:30-12pm.
12:30pm
At 12:30, we will do the Ceremony to announce the winner (because the game will be judged on the amount of objectives completed) and begin the raffle.

Props
Phase 1: No props
Phase 2: No props
Phase 3: Generator, spotlights, glowsticks to represent respawns and safe zone
Phase 4: Tank
Phase 5: Box w/ cell phone?

Game Props:
Envelopes with briefings for each CO for each Phase.
Radios for every Admin, and Head Admin
Emergency Radio Channel will be 01
Emergency Phone # will be 407-749-2474 (Head Admin)

No Open fires whatsoever.
Gate Closes at 9pm for night game
No Alchohol whatsoever.

Quick Schedule:

Safety Briefing will be at 3:00pm explaining all the rules and voicing any questions.Sascha will be the head admin for Day1 and the Night Game.
After the briefing is over, admins will head out to their positions.
Phase 1,
One admin will be by the AA station, the other two are walking around in the general playing area. Phase 2,
One admin per the Howitzers, one walks around playing area.
Game break at 8:00pm,
Night briefing at 8:45pm.After briefing, gate will be closed for the night.
Admins will head out during briefing to the Orlando area. One inside Orlando, the other is directly outside it, third stays with the briefing.
While night briefing, every player lines up by the chrono station and simply hands their ID to the third admin (won't take long because no discussion, just hand an ID and walk.)
Game will start at 9:30pm end at 12:00am , Headcount night break until 7:00am
7:00am wake up 8:am briefing 9:00am game starts 12:00pm game ends
