Well The Sand Taxi was fully loaded today but we made a flyby Ho Chi Minh trail to intercept and kill- I meant Rescue any stranded lost airsofters waiting in the wrong spot!

We did find and escorted 1 lost guy to the Cqb building... Check the roll calls and remember these locations!

Games today were mostly death match and I was mostly using only my RPK even though I was dressed in a full Gangster outfit!... Strange how I pulled out the tommy gun only to find myself needing to switch back to the nasty big gun!

we played Eboli's version of Pilot down- funny how it was originally rejected but he some how got a game in which he was still some how being solely hunted!...WANTED, DEAD OR ALIVE!

The game was set for all building and field and it turned out that they were hiding in the field. It dawned on me that this area was not ideal for a game because workmen were currently constructing next to the fence and the battle got too close!... These guys were probably surprised at the sudden skirmish burst followed by a whistle blowing to end the game!
As a precaution , we should not conduct a field game if workers are that close- we may hit them!

Last skirmishes were really funny- I dug up this one I call the Hustle!

Hustle goes like this:

A. team of players goes into the building from the parking lot and up the stairs.- (Defenders)

B. team will try to join up with A team but must get past A teams fire blockade-( Attacking)

basically if you star out in the parking lot you must fight your way inside but upon entry to the building, you can now immediately turn around and kill people back at the parking lot! affraid

If a defender is shot they must leave back to the parking lot to respawn outside and now must fight their way to get back in!

The game is over if one team has totally out numbered the other.

Thanks for giving it a go and I hope to do it again!

The Play of the day was some Jack ass GTA style drive-by!

We cut out early 2:30pm so we can eat and get ready for Rage extreme airsoft action.

RAGE- Airsoft Saturday night:

After recharging some vital batteries at Eagles house, we loaded up the car.
Several players all jumped into the Sand- Taxi....Our S.F.A.R. group included Sikes, Devin, Devil, Eagle, and SandDragon.

We were all well welcomed upon arrival at the venue, All players quickly set up all their gear, signed their waivers and fees...WOW! ... Their was a full house of players, maybe more than 40 players, some kidsofters, teens and some experienced Clans who recognized us!

The First game was pitch black in the dark , I found myself battling inside a Fox hole but was unable to determine any teammates... there was no way to tell who was on whose team!

when the lights came on we played some death match and some other scenarios that thankfully had the lights on - in some cases my glasses fogged up and I was unable to see what ever was in front of me!

Of course in all the games My RPK was heavily used and was most feared... Ya there were a lot of Noobs that were terrified by deadly endless streams!....Some RETARD almost got his eye shot out because the nOOb dropped his glasses but stayed in the game!
The Administrator held a big lecture on the issue.

Last game was Down pilot! we were all talking about Eboli:lol!:

This time I put on my Vietcong hat and put up a distraction show... That hat really gets their attention! we almost got the pilot out in this version but the other team decided to camp all the get away zones!

Not all games are perfect but it was fun!

We went back to Kendal, ate Pizza and recapped on our exploits-

Today was a Long day with twice the daily dosage of airsoft action!

He was not a retard Sanddragon, let me get that out of the way. You have no idea who it was so there is no need to disrespect a player you do not know. His shooting glasses fogged up, and when he ran to get cover they fell off and he could not find them...... He was unaware of the Blind Man rule because whoever held a safety briefing did not mention that rule. THAT is why he had issues. He was new player and not one person was kind enough to let them know what the deal is. Instead of talking smack all you need to do is inform him and other players. He was less than a quarter inch from being blind...and as you may have heard during the breifing I dont take safety lightly. We can lose everything we have if we dont follow the rules there.

That is the biggest problem with the airsoft community, a complete disregard for the rules of the field. From what I heard even after me (The admin) left some kid shot within the staging area and shot someone in the face who was not wearing goggles. How that even happened after I went up to everyone about magazines out at the staging area is beyond me. Just because the admin leaves does not mean its a free for all. These issues will most certainly be discussed next week with a hell of a safety briefing.

The night however was a fun one. Met some of you guys from down South, had a good laugh...helped someone find his tac light...glad we found it before it was buried even more.....The usual invincible kids, but hey that happens when you are new. Just gotta motivate the kids a bit more and they run forward. When you see the older players running forward....do the same thing. Have you players ever noticed that its the older people that are out first in games? That should tell players something..

I may not have played, but spreading the word about SFAA was good. We got a lot of support from Miami people now especially the Miami Dade Police...or thats what Im told. We can only move forward now....and who knows maybe in the future SFAA will be able to set up a field in the parks down in Miami...Here's to hoping for now.

Three brand new players in the community got some free stuff and we will have more stuff next week to give to some players. But remember, its all about the kids...because they are the key and the future to our sport.

Glad you Brought that issue up it is an extremely serious Issue that we all deal with here...I didn't know that kid but given the serious situation ...and you not knowing me doing my FULL METAL JACKET DRILL SARGE BARKING- RETARD!... that one went over you! sorry if you didn't get it!
I apologize to all those who did not get it.

Usually it is a nOOB and rarely an Accident- Hence I call them RETARDS!

I tend to Bark to all the RETARDS about this Serious issue as well as organize games... I have become sort of a assistant leader out here barking out orders I am given or motivating the players to move faster in turnarounds. and Barking to players and blowing the whistle if a blind man is seen or caught taking their glasses off!-Usually it is a nOOB and rarely an Accident

Everybody who knows me in person has seen my action so that MAGGOT ........is a RETARD!

This Issue Blind man is Deadly serious- Notice I Never Take off my Glasses upon entering the gaming area!

Thus we will always Yell Goggles on before game start and keep an eye out if you spot a RETARD without the protection.... If I'm not there I expect one or all of you to do the same!

Sanddragon, not many people take well to talking like that. When I told everyone about the incident and had everyone listen, I was firm, but fair. When motivating people to run up and actually move its a different story. Yes in your circles you are known for that, at Rage the parents nor the kids appreciate that sort of talk. I understand where you are coming from but look at it from another persons perspective. Who is this newer guy barking orders at us? But this is really not the issue at hand....its safety and the safety of the man next to you.

Me, Nightbreed and a few other players have been told by the staff that we pretty much make sure things are running smoothly. Nightbreed more than anyone. His word is law at that field. I am going to be talking to him about this incident and making sure that its more than just goggles on. There is going to be a safety briefing before every single game. You and the SFAR crew just sit back relax and enjoy the fun. If Breed or anyone from S.O.G. is not running a game go on and set one up for sure.

Rage does not have a goggles only rule. So we cannot force that sort of thing onto people. Shooting glasses that wrap around or goggles are whats allowed. With that said we need to stress the importance of leaving them on and if you see someone on the field without them yell Blind Man and then assist the person. Its all about situational awareness on and off the field. And when we dont have to worry about things of such nature.

I actually did not give out any Orders that day or Bark at all...LOL!
I was quiet and observant with only my weapon making the noise.
I am also very firm and fair and don't really carry on unless there is a reason provoked!... I usually win the respect of players and new guys and as they know me more so I can call my fellow friends and fellow Noobs crude things- this is totally insiders and is not done to anyone I do not know.

I get what you are saying but I wanted to clear that up- The Target audience are for people I know and watch out for.

I will not bore them with a lecture so I say it with a Flare!

I am not saying you barked about anything last night. You mentioned how you tend to do that....

"I tend to Bark to all the RETARDS about this Serious issue as well as organize games... I have become sort of a assistant leader out here barking out orders I am given or motivating the players to move faster in turnarounds. and Barking to players and blowing the whistle if a blind man is seen or caught taking their glasses off!-Usually it is a nOOB and rarely an Accident"

At Rage, all you need to do is play and listen or relay the words Blind Man or Cold Field and of course have a great time with the players. Same would go for me if I ever show up on your field down there. You and Nobody run the show down at your area, Breed, me and the others will make sure things at rage go smoothly.

As I stated however the issue is not you and how you deal with things or people its the fact that EVERYONE needs to follow the rules and help the newer players that might not know them.

SFAR thanks for coming out to RAGE and hope that we can continue to see you up here. I just want to say that we all need to police each other -- especially the younger kids.

I would also encourage patience and responsibility when playing with the younger ones. As i mentioned last night -- once the younger crowd leaves the more experience and mature players know what to do and what not to do and stick around for the fun stuff.

This sport will NEVER be perfect but with constant awareness on Safety, Integrity, Sportsmanship we can get very close. The incidents from last night could have been avoided had they been made aware of it. When we called "Blind man" as a drill i think the response was good -- but room for improvement. These drills should and will continue going forward not just at RAGE but at any venue we attend.

Before every match we need to ID the new guys and give the download on safety, integrity, Sportsmanship etc until they get it. For those that don't play by the rules will be ID'd and banned from the field.

I'm new to airsoft but i've learned a lot from my fellow airsofter comrades...but i'm also a parent and would appreciate that the more mature players take the initiative and ownership on what goes on out there.

Lets keep working together to ensure we secure the future of our sport.

Sorry for the late post guys,I stopped by early saturday but couldnot stay due to family obligations.I know there are some issues that need to be handled with saftey and I will address those this saturday. And i know early in the nights its chaotic with the younger ones to say the least thats why I dont attempt to run objective based games in the early hrs.but the younger ones are the future of our sport so we need to guide them correctly especially when it comes to safety.I am going to have private trainning sessions for the younger kids once a month on sundays where hopfully they will learn saftey teamwork honesty and respect.but until then lets stay on the same page and work together to keep our sport healthy this is what i expecdt from organized teams.i would like to meet some of you guys personally sat night so please come introduce yourself im the guy running around crazy answering 1000 questions and fixing guns before the games....Night Breed out
