How to get people Interested into the Forum

How to get people Interested into the Forum:

Good, God!....Do I gotta do everything my self!
Ever since I stopped posting pictures of other people, everyone has moved to face book, just to see themselves and post whats up!

Let's face it, we are all a bunch of pretty vain and somewhat self centered people...even show offs!

I take it the Forum quickly took off back when some people began postingairsoft photos and videos of game day ...the active debriefs, often mentioned many actions of players....


Who would not be interested about captured videos, photos and game talk if it was mentioning, for instance -YOU!

Of course playing and living in the moment often fades with time, it also helps to also do the favore of filming and posting pictures...this adds to the fun of checking out whats up and new on the Forum.

I agree, Ill post pictures on Instagram and Facebook about GETTING PLAYERS ON THE FORUM. Not posting pictures of games and players.

I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but this forum is dead.

When one person migrates to a different site, their friends will follow them over.

Unless you can get a massive group of people to come back to the forum, they will stay over on facebook with everyone they know, because of reasons like "ease of use" and "user friendliness", the sort.

I barely even check the forum anymore; this is just like my philosophy on choosing a game console: I will choose the game console that all of my friends play on, regardless of features, because no matter how bad the console may be, it will always be worth the money to play with your friends.

And that's exactly what's happened here.

Literally only 10 people have logged in the last 24 hours. Including me. I almost never check this site anymore, but I don't use facebook either. For me, I just don't check because there's nothing TO check. This forum is basically consisted of SandDragon and Pandemonium alone. Don't believe me? Check all the most recent posts.

I used to be a very frequent visitor, then during the summer everyone just stopped logging on. After that, I just stopped logging on regularly, maybe once a week now, opposed to my once a day before.

I used to go on every hour or even more often. In summer I stopped logging on because it was too hot for my taste to do airsoft and just completely forgot about the forum and was too busy anyways. I was dumbfounded when I came back to see the once-thriving forum into the death it is now. Actually, it makes me extremely sad. I miss the community. There were some people who needed to be straightened out but as a whole, we were amazing. I wish this forum could be reviven.

i went PS3 because in the long run is was a better choice even though all of my friends had 360..... u just gotta learn to tell people to fuck off and do ur own thing

i went PS3 because in the long run is was a better choice even though all of my friends had 360..... u just gotta learn to tell people to fuck off and do ur own thing

I guess, but to me playing with friends is 10x better then playing with randoms.

I've been trying to migrate my friends to pc and play LoL, but only a handful of them play.

nah hes really only bot against corki but other than that hes like yi but ranged. my riven, ezreal, akali, nocturne can rape teemo anyday lol no one after lvl 25 uses him cause hes easily countered by higher tier champions

This is truely disapointing as I have sort have single handedlly been holding the whole forum up!

The day I went off to California on my vacation as well as working , I have been unable to attend most airsoft games.

You see, the stuff I do is often post pictures and post debriefs about people on game day, With of course, my MIA situation, no one else has been really doing those duties.

the Forum coul;d be revived with interest if you all started posting more game day pictures and videos as well as post a simple game debrief.

The Forum did start this way and I feel, that if I began a serious campain such as passing card flyers as well as constantlly posting new updated pictures of game day, the forum will kick start with brand new members.

Negative topic post actually really do not help as we are in a bit of a slump as it is.

What Im sayiing and have been saying since I left was to keep up with the active postings.....

Players have been really lazy!

I was thinking of making a big wooden banner with "AIRSOFTRESERVE.NET" on it and displaying it at Matrix possibly and maybe even Battetown. I would take pictures if I could, but I don't have access to those resources. When I actually start playing again (probably tomorrow) I'll post debriefs and such.

They've done that. Now you'll notice "AIRSOFTRESERVE.NET" over boards all over matrix, it hasn't done as much as it could.

Maybe you guys should try to sponsor Matrix, or vice versa. You could work out a deal to draw all the new players coming in. They sign up here, get all their questions answered, and everyone's happy

Well Today I was Leagally unable to use my car, I had to take care of a payment so I rode my bicycle to the tag agency today....My point is though that if I was able to go in person, I could drum up some new Forum recruits but wwhile Im there, Any questions on any topics are usually all covered from person to person.

It is vital that players do make an occational effort to take advantage of digital technology, Smart phone camera,and other portable video or picture capture and post any play of the day or even post the cover story.

This in a way is a form of Journalism, it could in a way keep your typing hands and minds from getting rusty after you all left school and would greatly aid you in the real world of work!

If you are burned out and you are slacking, you know its damn wrong... even more disfunctional if you are showing up with substandard gear and mixed motivation....(OH it's gotten to a point that, YOU DONT KNOW WHAT YOU WANT!)
